We're looking for organized, reliable people who can keep dispatch, drivers, and customers in sync — from anywhere.
Customer Service Representative
$30/HRBe the first point of contact for customers booking freight, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery questions. You'll work closely with dispatch to keep every customer informed from pickup to drop-off.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls, emails, and shipment inquiries
- Provide load status updates and delivery confirmations
- Resolve scheduling issues and escalate when needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
What We're Looking For
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with phone, email, and basic tracking software
- Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace
- Logistics or trucking industry experience a plus, not required
Virtual Assistant (VA)
$30/HRSupport day-to-day operations behind the scenes — scheduling, data entry, document organization, and admin tasks that keep dispatch and management running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and email correspondence
- Organize driver paperwork, load documents, and records
- Enter and update data across spreadsheets and internal tools
- Support management with research and administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and basic office software
- Self-directed — comfortable managing tasks with minimal oversight
- Prior VA or administrative experience preferred
